Nowadays， lots of university graduates complain that it is really hard to get a good job。 As is shown in the picture， we can see clearly how terrible the situation is。The picture shows that there are a large number of people waiting in line for the interview。One man says： “just give me some food to live is enough”， another guy even shouts： “if there"s no pay， I will still want to get it”。
Why it" s so hard for university graduates to find a job？ I think there are several reasons。On the one hand， the number of university graduates is increasing very fast， and there is not enough jobs for them； On the other hand， university graduates do not like to get a job with a low salary， instead， they expect to find an easy position with a high salary。Finally， some graduates lack of experience。
How to deal with such problems？ As far as I am concerned， First the government should create more jobs for university graduates； Second， graduates shout keep in mind that do not expect high pay at the beginning。At last， graduates should study hard to improve themselves。

At this very moment，my parents came back and were quite surprised to see all the rooms tidy and floors shining。My mother gave me a hug and Icould see satisfaction in her eyes。Tired as I was，I never felt so happy。

Most young people chase for romantic moment， which makes them excited。But the nature of life is made up of small issues。When two people considerate about each other and find a way to deal with conflicts， their marriage can be lasted long。Surprise is the flavor in daily life， it makes sense when it happens in special days。

But I"m sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways。They speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms，they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others" shortcomings。Perhaps they feel happy at that time， but they will never get true happiness because they have lost their personality。
Now I know what happiness is。It means kindness， love and unselfishness。Above all， only bringing happiness to others can make you yourself get it。

People celebrate Earth Day differently。 In Picture 1， a man is trying to put up a banner on a lonely tree surrounded by stumpsl， but in vain， while Picture 2 show a couple happily planting trees。
The message conveyed here is clear，"Actions speak louder than words。" Our earth is suffering severe damage。 Should we just pay lip service or take practical measures to protect it？ The answer is definitely the latter。 Immediate actions should be taken， like stopping cutting down trees， to better the environment。
Actions are important in other field， too。 Instead of shouting empty slogans， it is more meaningful to donate books and sports goods to children in need。 We should strictly and voluntarily follow traffic rules， stopping at the red light rather than complaing about traffic jams。 Only when we match our words with actions can we make a difference in whatever we hope to accomplish。

On the one hand， if we take two people at random from the crowd， it is very likely that their degrees of intelligence will be completely different。 However， if we take two identical twins， chances are that they will be as intelligent as each other。 Therefore， a conclusion can be drawn that intelligence is to some extent something we are born with。 The closer the blood relationship between two people， the closer they are likely to be in intelligence。
On the other hand， though， if we put two identical twins in different environments， for example， we might send one to university and the other to a factory where the work is boring， we would find differences in their intelligence several years later， which indicates that environment does play a crucial role in our intelligence。
Just as every coin has two sides， our intelligence is partly born and partly developed。 The sure way to develop our intelligence is intelligent parents as well as a good environment。
